FarmVille English Countryside Sneak Peek: New buildings and crops

Zynga has released a snapshot of what looks to be its biggest FarmVille release to date, the English Countryside expansion. From what we can gather in this screen shot, there will be plenty of flowers to master including pink and white daisies along with two other flowers I can't name from looks alone. (What do you want from me? I'm no real gardener!) However, what we can guess is that there will be a slew of new buildings to construct, namely a new Chicken Coop and Stable. As a side note, is it just me or do those graphics look a little sharper than standard FarmVille fare? If Zynga is at the point of releasing screen shots, we'll find out for ourselves sooner rather than later.

FarmVille English Countryside in the Model Farm: First look in-game

What's that? You say the Model Farm in FarmVille is useful? Lies, I tell you. Lies! Well, it's true as the most recent update to the animated Farm Cash shop features items, animals and buildings from FarmVille English Countryside. This update, like all Zynga updates, is rolling out slowly to players, but thanks to FarmVille Freak we can provide you with a glimpse--albeit a stiff, inanimate glimpse. Check behind the break for a list of the items you see above by name including the English Biplane.

FarmVille Pic of the Day: Myhomefarm23's angular English countryside

Today's featured farm was created by FarmVille Forums member, Myhomefarm23. This FarmVille English Countryside plot is a great example of intelligent farm design. Sure it's a farm art masterpiece, but it's also functional!

Myhomefarm23 went about creating this absurd tree design without a single orchard, laughing at anyone who squishes their beautiful trees into storage bins. Breathtaking rows of fruit trees line the path leading up to the Eiffel Tower located at the center of the farm, creating a truly spectacular effect. Not only that, but if you look closely, where there isn't trees, the farm is full of animals! This, folks, is an exceptional sheep and pig breeding design. If harvested consistantly, this farm could turn a huge profit! Just looking at this excellent farm makes me wish I was Myhomefarm23's neighbor, just so I could reap some of the rewards :)

I just hope Myhomefarm23 has plenty of Farm Hands and Arborists saved up or they're in for a lot of clicking!
